REMIT APPOINTMENT

Please have your disposition order, payment and any required documents ready. Only Driver’s license, valid government I.D. or passports are accepted. No other forms of Identification are accepted. Please read all the information below and box 6 of your disposition order prior to arriving to your scheduled appointment. If the name on the disposition order does not match the name listed on your identification, please contact the person who issued you the disposition order to have it amended to match the order.

Please be advised, as per Box 6 of the disposition order, if you are sending someone else to retrieve the vehicle on your behalf, you MUST provide a notarized letter authorizing that person to retrieve your vehicle.

Acceptable forms of payment: Cashier’s Check, Money Order, Bank Certified Check or Cash (Amount must be exact, NO CHANGE AVAILABLE, NO EXCEPTIONS)

Make check payable to: U.S. Department of Treasury/Amentum Services Inc.

Please arrive promptly to your appointment time. If you are running late please call our office (619) 427-7530 to avoid any delays in the release of your vehicle. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 1 business day prior. Same day cancellations are not permitted. No shows will NOT be re-scheduled. The Address for pickup will be sent to your email once the appointment has been confirmed. Please let us know if you have any further questions.

The amount owed will be in the email or letter that was sent to you by Amentum/U.S. Border Patrol, it is called the holding costs report. If you are unsure about the amount we will confirm it after your appointment has been approved and accepted.
